Located in Waterton National Park, Rocky Mountain General Store is the supplier of food, camping gear, and daily necessaries to the residents and visitors of Waterton Lakes National Park.

In 2013 Layne and Stacey Cook pursued an opportunity to take over Rocky Mountain Foods. The changed the name of the store to the Rocky Mountain Grocery Store to reflect the expanded range of materials they offer.

Nestled in the heart of the village in Waterton Lakes National Park. This warm, family‑run seasonal general store offers a friendly welcome and everything you need to enjoy the mountains. Open from the end of April through September, the store is stocked with everyday groceries, fresh produce, fresh meat from local Back Country Butchering, local artwork and anything you might have forgotten! Perfect for stocking up before a hike or picking up a meaningful souvenir. The family‑operated atmosphere ensures you’ll meet familiar faces and get genuine service in this small mountain town.Rocky Mountain Grocery Store has so much more than just food. They carry camping gear, axes and knives, and artwork by local photographers. Some of the food they carry is grown and crafted by the local Hutterite colonies. This store is a critical part of the Waterton community supplying the needs of residents, workers, campers, tourists, and all-comers.

The Rocky Mountain Pop Shop

located in the heart of Waterton Lakes National Park. This lively little pop shop is run by three sisters who bring a splash of fun to your visit. Choose from a collection of classic fountain sodas and create your own mix with customized flavour shots! Perfect for after a hike or while strolling through town.
